A pretty villa site that sends people to a listing platform is a brochure. The booking happens somewhere else. The commission does too.
Villa Serena is a family holiday home in Jávea. The site had to take the booking.
What was broken
Enquiries sat in email, WhatsApp, and listing inboxes. Availability was hard to show. Double-booking was a real risk. The house itself (private pool, Mediterranean gardens, sea views) did not show well on a generic listing.
What we built
A branded direct-booking site. Availability calendar. Instant enquiry. A photo gallery, room by room, plus drone of the house and the coast.
English, Spanish, and Dutch. Local guides and an FAQ so guests do not have to WhatsApp every question.
The listing platforms can stay. The owner should not need them to take a week.
