A transfer firm does not need a brochure

Airport jobs run from a hub, not a contact form. Estrella PTS needed a dispatch desk the office and the drivers both use.

A transfer company does not need a prettier contact form. It needs a place where airport jobs actually run.

Spreadsheets are not a dispatch desk

Estrella PTS moves people across the Alicante and Valencia region. Before the hub, dispatchers coordinated drivers and bookings by phone and spreadsheet. There was no live view of which vehicle was free, which driver could take the job, or where a booking sat.

That is a brochure-site problem wearing operations clothes. A contact form does not assign a driver at 5am.

    The hub

We built Estrella PTS Management Hub: an operations desk, not a marketing page.

    • A live dispatch board for the office
    • A companion driver app for job acceptance, navigation and status updates
    • Push notifications when a job is assigned or the status changes

The public face of the company is estrellapts.com. The work that matters sits behind it.

    What this is really for

If the job is look professional and collect enquiries, you need a website. If the job is get this airport transfer on the road, you need an application. Same distinction we wrote about in website or web application.

This hub shipped in 2023. It is the product the office and the drivers use.
